For the ones who sleep in stars.
Starlight Baby started with one shape: a star, knit flat, that folds around a newborn like it was built for exactly that — a hood for the head, two points for arms, two points to tuck under. No zippers to fumble with at 3am, no snaps digging into soft skin. Just one ribbed knit piece and a button placket at the shoulder.
We test every colorway against the same question: would this look right in low light, half-asleep, held up to a nursery lamp? That's where the palette comes from — lavender, sky, buttercream, dusty rose, marigold. Soft enough for 2am, warm enough to photograph well in the morning.
Each wrap ships in its own box, tied shut, ready to hand off at a baby shower or leave on a doorstep. We'd rather make five colors well than fifty colors quickly.
